Uncle Jay is Jay Powell of Oxford, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Worcester Academy, and the Johnson and Wales School of Culinary Arts. He is the owner of Uncle Jay's Chili, and has done catering for many years. Additionally, he can be found at various fairs, shows and athletic events around New England, including Holy Cross football games. No stranger to the kitchen, Uncle Jay brings his skill and knowledge of cooking to Uncle Jay's Twisted Fork, a brand new restaurant found at the top of 'Dead Horse Hill' near the Cherry Valley/ Worcester borders.
